The teaser for the upcoming One Piece film red has been published on the official website of the One Piece anime series, and fans are overjoyed. The teaser indicated the reappearance of several big characters from the One Piece franchise, which is rare in anime nowadays.
One Piece Film Red, one of the year’s biggest anime films, has officially released a brand new trailer featuring a lot of surprises for fans. The film, which is slated to be released in Japan on August 6, 2022, has some shocking disclosures about ‘Red-Hair’ Shanks’ daughter.
On Wednesday, the Japanese television network aired the first few visuals from the upcoming film “One Piece Film: RED.” The teaser reveals that the mystery poster girl from last week named Uta is Shanks’ biological daughter. Check out the official teaser after the jump.
This has proven to be the biggest surprise for One Piece fans, since it will spice up things in the community surrounding Shanks. Aside from Shanks’ daughter, it has finally been revealed what the plot of One Piece Film Red would be, and from the looks of it, the film looks rather exciting and adventurous.
One Piece Film Red will primarily follow Luffy and his crew as they search for Shanks’ daughter, Uta. Kuroiwa Tsutomu wrote the script for the upcoming One Piece film, which will be directed by Goro Taniguchi. Meanwhile, Eiichiro Oda will be present to supervise the job.
Oda also created the “battle wear” characters for the film, which have a “Rock x Pirates” concept. In addition to the teaser for One Piece Film Red, the official Twitter account provided character sketches for the film’s primary characters, which includes Uta, Shanks, and Gordon.
The franchise’s most recent film, “One Piece Stampede,” was released in Japan in August 2019 and grossed more than 10 billion yen (about US$93 million) at the box office globally. More information regarding the film has yet to be released, however it is certain that it will be released theatrically in Japan beginning August 6, 2022.
